Creating Groups

Understanding Groups:
Groups are an invaluable tool for executing marketing broadcast campaigns efficiently. They allow you to send messages to a selected group of customers all at once.
Managing Groups:
- Accessing Groups:
- Navigate to the "Groups" tab under the inbox section.
- Viewing and Editing Groups:
- In the Groups tab, you'll see a list of all your existing groups.
- You can edit or delete groups as needed to maintain your lists.
- Downloading Contacts:
- From the actions column, you have the option to download all contacts of a specific group. This can be useful for further analysis or targeted communication.
- Creating a New Group:

To create a new group, click on "Create Group." \

Name your group accordingly to distinguish it from others.

Apply relevant filters to specify the criteria for this group. \

Once filters are applied, proceed with the creation process.

Your new group will be created and ready for use in your marketing campaigns.
