Session Timeout Settings
Configure session timeout parameters to manage user inactivity:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Session Timeout | Set the duration of inactivity after which the session times out. |
| User Inactivity Message | Enable this option to display a custom message to the user in case of inactivity. |
| Restart Chat Flow Triggers | Specify keywords or phrases that, when entered by the user, will restart the chat flow. You can add multiple triggers. |
| Live Chat Triggers | Specify keywords or phrases that, when entered by the user, will restart the chat. |

After configuring the session timeout and triggers, click the "Save Changes" button to apply the settings.
